First, service incredibly slow, give them the benefit, it might have been lack of workers. Second, they do not know what a... large fry is....half filled container. Third, one of the sandwiches was incorrect, and they had no taste. I went to this place at about 10:00 p.m. all the lights were off. I drove around the drive-thru because I seen another car... paying at the window but it looked like this place was closed. As I drove around the back there was about five or six employeesout in the back smoking and hanging out obviously wanted to close early and not do any work.I hope the owner of this Burger Kingreads this and fires them all. This occurred August 9th 2022 whoever you had working on the night shift. I ordered two burgers afry and a drink and because everybody was outside smoking and they left the one guy in the store to make the order it took 10minutes. Why bother workin a job if you're not prepared to work your full shift this seems to be a common trend with BurgerKings and Taco bells. Read more
This place should just close. Always an excuse of covid and not enough employees. Front doors are locked Where truck drivers... cannot even come in and place an order. The food here is generally very fresh and reasonably well prepared. The fries are almost always exceptionally good, and taste as... if the oil is properly changed on a regular basis. The reason for only four stars is that the place has issues with remainingopen during business hours. I've had several times in the past few months where I've been told "we cannot take orders at thistime" or "it will be 20 minutes before we can take orders," and so forth. I don't know if it's staffing issues or equipmentissues or both. Hope they can get it squared away because that kind of experience will turn people off long-term. Read more

Yesterday at 4:45 to 4:50pm I received the worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant I used to work for burger king. We... had to repeat are order and was asked if we had a whopper and we said NO and when I goty food I saw fries and had ordered onionrings. My dad went in the store they did not replace the food they threw onions rings in the bag now I was sitting here withchicken nuggets fries a nasty whopper jr and my onion rings that were not very hot. I had ordered jalapeño poppers and onionrings. I never got my food and they refused to give me the correct food or even take a look in the bag because it wasn't myorder. The guy in front of us they also messed up his order. They aren't paying attention they are doing whatever they wantseems like there's management and the girl in the window had absolutely NO manners and acted like she had never worked a secondof bk in her life and was by herself not even looking at the food just handing random bags out the window Read more
The food was dry, cold and tasted as it had been under a heat lamp since noon, I think the photos on the menu would've tasted... better.. Part of my order was forgotten, and what was given to me was just a sorry excuse for a meal. I was told not to buy fromthis burger King, and now I know why. Lesson learned. Read more
Ordered a double whopper meal with a large shake, the shake was a small. The burger was no lettuce, no pickle. I looked under... the bun and it had a lot of mayo and one small tomato. I asked where's the onion, and a woman making sandwiches screamed outwith a nasty look on her face and said we out of onions. Service sucked. Read more
