Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Workers were super rude. If you asked about your order, got eye roll and... huffing. One gentleman looked at us and said...You didnt order from me. Never received a reciept . I was getting so frustratedthat I had to walk away. Asked for an extra napkin and the lady said.. you should already have one. The bagels were good ; We got farmhouse. The system of ordering your drinks and food separately does not make sense. The... entire staff was very rude. I always walk up and greet with a smile. This crew did not greet us, in fact they were snappy andeven threw out a couple eye rolls. We watched as we ate and they acted the same with everyone. We?ll go to Dunkin across thehall from now on. The begal I ended up getting did not have my extra egg but after the wait and everything involved this place needs some help... from an engineer.... so there is 2 different lines that are not clearly labeled at all. And you have to wait in them both toorder and pay for a bagel. Some easy signage for the line and at the ordering part would be beneficial. The biggest thing I sawwas a major inefficiency. I am an engineer and would gladly offer my services for free to redesign how this ordering snd makingprocess is done. Free of charge. Then the staff was not very friendly because of people not knowing what line to get in or beingin the wrong line. They tried to make a claim it was like subway. I would have much rather followed my begal from one side tothe other like subway or chipotle. Then waited in 2 separate lines. I will not return unless things get better. They have thisconcept of waiting the pay in a second line is as long as it takes your food to get made it takes longer because they use apull system to complete orders. The lady making the bagels was extremely rude. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese. She wrote down the wrong thing and started... yelling at us in-front of everyone. One of the worst experiences I have had at any food establishment. The lady was rude to theother customers as well. The bagel she made after we told her it was incorrect was pathetic. Expect at minimum service whereyou?re not being yelled at the airport at 4am in the morning. Read more

The line staff DO NOT greet you when you approach. They continue working like you're not standing there. One guy got very smart... mouthed when questioned where should we order. This place used to be much much better. Read more

Just came from Bruegger's Bagels in the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. The absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. The man... took my order after waiting for 10 minutes, I was the only one in line at the time. I went to the next counter to pay, and wasstill waiting for my food 30 minutes later!! I went back to the guy I ordered from and he had not even made my food, but 5others were made. He had a bagel in his hand so he offered that one instead. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Read more

Can say i experienced the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service here. My mom asked the cashier a simple question and she proceeded to... talk to my mom like she was dumb. Not only that, but after we were done we heard her be rude to multiple other customers. Sheliterally acted like it was a crime to be ordering food from their establishment that was OPEN. food was also disgusting. 0/10do NOT recommend. Read more

Ordered a veggie bagel sandwich on Monday, January 31. Paid for extra cream cheese. There was no cream cheese. I couldn?t figure... out why the sandwich tasted so weird. Gave the other half to my sister for her to realize the tomato on it was slimy and rancid.Had we not been boarding I would have taken it back! Unacceptable.
