This review is for Rotisserie Roast, a part of Boston Market I ordered from here to be delivered by UberEats. Though the food... was good, overall it was a big disappointment, especially the Create Your Own Bowl. The presentation left a lot to be desiredand the overall product did not look anything like what was pictured on the site. What little there was of the chicken was cutup small, and was over a small bed of lettuce (Salad Blend?). The half chicken meal was not that bad and may have been a bettervalue then spending $11 for the Bowl (which was not worth the price). All in all, again, a big disappointment. Never again would I step foot in this establishment. I encountered an employee with a very nasty attitude. He literally talked... to me like he was talking to one of his buddies on the street. The so called Manager Linda is very nonprofessional; due to herstanding there & not saying a word. I?ll stick with my Boston Market in Strongsville where I don?t receive; or am greeted withsuch ignorance. Update Feb. 19, 2022: Got a 1/2 chicken meal that comes with 2 sides, cornbread & a drink. The food was good but of course salt... & pepper was needed. I didn't mind that, but am wondering exactly what seasonings ARE used because otherwise the food isbland. My first time here & my experience was just okay. I got a chicken pot pie & it came with a small sweet bread, which Ididn't like. The pot pie filling was not seasoned at all. I did like how chunky it was. There was plenty of meat. I also boughta brownie and chocolate chip cookie. Neither were great. The flavors were a tad off.
