THE NIGHT TIME CLOSING CREW THEY ALL ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have ordered door dash from here twice and both times I ordered... 2 meals for 2 different people. Every time I have ordered from here they always mess up my order by not giving me both entrees.I always end up having to drive up there on my own to get my order corrected but when you go in with you?re issue the closingmanager has a terrible display. Standing on you?re phone while a customer is in you?re face mad about an order is not okay! Ispent $50 on this order there is no way I should have to leave my home because I am missing an entire order every time. Completely disappointed. Ordered through the app for the first time and was excited to get my food. Went to the store and it was... closed on a Saturday due to lack of staff. I completely understand that staffing is an issue but I don?t understand why I wasstill able to order food through the app and pay. Now I have to make a separate trip to get my money back because I can?t do itthrough the app. Waste of my time and gas money. Very disappointed, will think twice before ordering from any Boston Markets. Read more
5 stars to the 2 employees that decided to show up to work Thursday August 25th. The poor woman who was the cashier was doing 4... different jobs. She had no time to clean the dining room or put paper towels in the bathroom. Management was nowhere to befound. If that was me I wouldve locked the doors and quit! To the manager...when you overwork your staff,and treat them likegarbage and leave them short staffed...they will quit too. Read more
Food was edible. The appearance would?ve turned me away but I?m watching my macros and this was the best I could find while... traveling. Food looked stale, definitely wasn?t fresh. Customer service was decent ???????? Read more
I always forget about Boston Market, so I don't get it as much as I'd like. My husband and I went to this location today, and... while the young guys working there weren't rude by any means, they seemed unsure on how to be welcoming. Lol. We ordered thesame meals, the meal with chicken and meatloaf. We were starving, so we actually ate in the parking lot. For me, the chicken wasa little dry, and the meatloaf had nothing on it. No gravy, that I thought came with it, nor was there any gravy on the mashedpotatoes. I wasn't positive if it came with it and shrugged it off. After looking at the pics from others on here, sure lookslike gravy to me. The meals weren't bad, but I wish the proteins wouldn't have been so dry. The hubby said his chicken wasn'tdry, so maybe it was just me. The side dishes were excellent though. Love the sweet potato casserole. Read more
Pleasant service this time. I couldn't decide between the sweet Thai chili 1/4 chicken or the garlic and herb. Asked for 2 sides... of sauce since I was being indecisive. Both sauces are awesome.....! The corn bread was soft and moist. The store was clean andorderly. Read more
This was the Turkey Breast with Mashed Potatoes and roasted potatoes. Totally scrapes and not worth $10. Priced too high for... what your serving. I could have brought the whole hen and had a 5pound bag of potatoes for this much. Others wise the taste wasOKAY. Read more
The chicken and the Mac n cheese was awful. Chicken had a weird overpowering taste of hand soap and the Mac n cheese was... inedible, water and weirdly sweet and salty. I would beware about the standards in the kitchen the chicken tastes unsafe. Read more
