I ordered a pull pork dinner and a large rib tip and if you look at the picture it shows a small rib tip instead of a large rib... tip. Everything in the picture costed $25. I drove over 30 mins to try y'all's food just to get a messed up ordered. We've beencalling y'all and y'all not answering the phone. Poor customer service. Read more
The rib tips as usually great but this time I got a large order and they were dry and very tough but my kids burgers were great.
This is HOME and I truly love it there! These are MY PEOPLE EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!!! The food is incredible and the customer... service is out of this world superior! I tell people wherever I go that asks about a great place to get some down home southernfall off the bone juicy bar.b.cue(and so much more)with ALL the fixings I tell them "J&W SMOKEHOUSE" IS THE PLACE TO BE! I'veNEVER been disappointed...even if I have had to ask for anything (I'm spoiled so I ALWAYS get it????????)they ALWAYS strive toput out great food that they put lots of love in to prepare. BBQ sandwich with slaw & hot bbq sauce was really good! hard to find good bbq. Their sauce is homemade!
