We absolutely love this taco bell. We have one close to our house in Groveland but we drive to this Clermont location, because... the cleanliness the employees are amazing. I remember when Taco Bell was more affordable, and can't really justify paying what I do these days given the quality of what... I'm getting. Quite honestly, if not for it being conveniently located in almost every town in America, I'd never go to TacoBell... Authentic Mexican food is INFINITELY better. Read more

Horrible experience I ordered got my cup went to seat waiting it was 4 couples inside. I saw 20 min pass and nothing. Went to... ask how much longer they answer was they don't got my order. Spoke with the cashier. And they still don't was making the ordermy husband ask 10 min later and that's went the other manager start making the order. I?ve always loved Taco Bell, however today I was pretty disappointed?I ordered my food with modifications such as no cheese and... no sour cream (due to being lactose intolerant). But when I received my order it had both cheese and sour cream. I had alsoordered cinnamon twists and did not receive them at all. Taco Bell is great when your order is correct but if you?re in a rushor on a strict time crunch?I don?t recommend it????????? I still love the food, just not so much the service. Read more
Horrible... from service to food. Usually its hit or miss at this location. But lately its been really bad. Fire everyone and... start over. I ordered 2 chalupa s and got this... It took 1 hour to get the mobile order. Also, for the mobile app you have to start creating the order even if we are not near... the store. The whole idea of an app for order ahead is to have it ready by the time we get there. It is annoying have a secondmanual step to start the order. It should be seamless. The app is unstable and scrambles the order. Read more
