My husband and I went through the drive thru craving shakes and food this afternoon. We received our shakes both tasted like... straight syrup and my husbands had an overwhelming peanut taste even thought he ordered plain vanilla. Luckily the peanutallergy is mine and not his or else I would?ve had a reaction. Upon calling the store we were told there is ? a new persontraining? and we were denied a refund from the manager we spoke to. $15 in the trash! Will not be coming back indefinitely getit together over there. Read more
Food was good. They make you order it yourself. Pick it up yourself. Then you have to give a tip to a non person who doesn't... wait on you. Where is the service? I miss the old Steak & Shake. The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is for the food. Read more

When we first went, we weren?t happy about the service changes (ordering your food at the kiosk and no waiter), but then I... realized it was MUCH better and the staff was even more attentive than other Steak N Shakes of the past. They were very happy tohelp, food was delicious and the place was very clean. We will be back a bunch! Read more
