The lady that took our order named?Claire? as her name tag reads had the most nastiest customer service I have ever experienced,... first she was rushing me to order even though I previously had told her one moment , she asked me again and I asked if I couldhave a few seconds and she answered with a rude tone ? I WAS ONLY ASKING ?, then we completed our order and went to pick up atwindow and she gave me and fiancé the death glare as we paid and didn?t even say anything to us, next thing you know she slamsthe window hard and surprisingly the window didn?t crack and stormed off ..another barista came out of no where and poor guywas unaware of what drinks we needed a then he kindly prepared them for us , I?m a regular at this store never have Iencountered her in the past seems like she needs to be spoken too. These girls busted it out today! They had a full drive thru and the lobby was full as well? while making drive thru AND I store... orders they received 2 large mobile orders one for 17 and another for 10 ? Was there today again as I cross Ocala to Miami Fl. Once again a great experience. This store runs like clock work , always... the same taste is there. Bathrooms are clean, serving table is clean and staff is knowledgeable. Can't ask for much more. Love the way I am always help and my customers feel the same. Read more
I don?t usually write a review, but I just have to say something this time. Every time I?ve come here it?s been either not... enough inventory (food, straws,cups,syrup or bags). They usually have a rude person taking orders. You ask her a question andshe has a long sigh of annoyance and a nasty attitude. Management need to look into retraining some of there associates on howto interact with customers. Customer service should be the number one priority, especially in this type of industry. I will notbe visiting this location anymore. Read more
