There is no point in offering contactless Covid-friendly curbside pickup on your website as an option when staffs at restaurants... are too undermanned to walk out to my car or even pick up the phone for half an hour so they can let me know they won?t be ableto do curbside delivery to my car as I waited 30 minutes with my crying/screaming 2 year old daughter in the back before takingher in to get my pizza. Service was horrible but at least food was good. Read more
Order was placed online at 11:19am. Text received at 12:07 telling me my order was on the way. It is 1PM and after spending 10... minutes on hold my food FINALLY arrived. I understand understaffing, I understand traffic. I live 15-20 minutes away from theestablishment. I will not be ordering Pizza hut again after this. Read more
I understand that staffing may be low, as it is all over the country but I received a text at 6:41 that my order was out for... delivery and received it at 7:30. I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I called the location and they stated my driverleft at 6:44. My food was not as warm as it should have been. I was told the driver had other stops along the way. I guess Ishould have gone and picked it up myself. Next time I will. Read more
I don't want to give it a 1 star but that's the lowest I have for an option. They don't care about you at all. Ordered a big box... and they decided to make whatever they wanted because they said they were out and they made it without telling me or giving mean option. I was so upset I just wanted my pizza at the end but they even managed to mess that up as well. Don't go here atall!!! They have a much better pizza place right next door. It's one of the best pizza's in Clermont. Don't give this pizza hutany money when they have a hard working pizza place right next door and I mean right next door!!!!!!!!!! Read more
Great pizza as always! We were celebrating my sister's birthday and she loves Kermit The Frog, so I asked them to draw him on... the box. I felt bad because their only job is to make pizza, but they actually drew him! She was so happy! :D (idk if i can addimages here, but its very cute) Read more

Ordered a pizza online. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our pizza to arrive. When it finally arrived it looked like the pizza... was 2 hours old and all they did was just reheat it in their oven. Definitely not fresh. I had to call back to have anotherpizza delivered and this took another 40 minutes. Second pizza was good but kind of lost my appetite because I had to wait anhour and a half to get an edible pizza and at that point we were just frustrated. Read more
You need to pay more & higher more people. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min. while counter guy was on the phone. My online... order (90 min. ahead of time) was cooked, not cut & boxed. Again, had to wait. Employees doing their best. Owner/Manager isfailing. Read more
