OMG, I just had an awesome experience that I have to share. It's our son's 16th birthday he wanted it at the park with 20+... friends, so we ordered 10 pizzas. I made the mistake of putting 12 not 12:30. I called to change the time whereby they told meto cancel the order and put it back in. I discovered that both through the app and online there's no way to cancel an order, soI left it for 12. Went to pick up at 12 and found that they had canceled and waited fory reorder. Big oops on my part and a tadon their part. BUT, they went above and beyond they got me all 10 pizzas in less than 20 minutes.. party saved, they werephenomenal, I will recommend this location forever!!! Thank you so much!!! Great little buffet they keep in top of it with constant changing of different styles of pizza. Every type I had was great they... had pasta and bread sticks on the buffet also. When it came to dessert your good food the buffet also they had cinnamon andbutter bread sticks that where fresh when you order from the buffet they have a salad for you. All you have to do is let themknow that you want it. The best of all is the buffet was only 8.99 for adults and 5 for children. So if your in a budget andhave kids this is a good deal. If you order online make sure you opt to pay cash at this location. I placed an order online and the money was taken from my... account but they claim the order never went through. I asked for help or a phone number to someone I can call to correct it andthey gave me nothing but ?I?m sorry it?s not on our so you need to contact your bank.? I have always ordered a couple of pizzas but my kids didn't want any so I ordered for myself only. When I arrived to pick it up... they were having internet issues so my order was not in. The manager placed my order and did not charge me for a personal panpizza and apologized for having me wait. Night crew is horrible. They have no standards. Out of 4 pizzas 2 were burnt to a crisp and one of them was burnt so bad they... did not even bother cutting it...Manager or lead on duty should have not let these pizzas leave the store... maybe they were theones chilling behind the wall stuffing their face . Walked in. Completely empty except for the employee standing at the register. Eventually just sat ourselves because we were... never acknowledged. Sat at the table for about 5 minutes. Some guy came in, a lady came out of the back, gave him his pizza,cashed him out, and then proceeded to walk back into the kitchen without ever acknowledging us. I stop by there a couple of times a month with my little granddaughter. We usually share a personal pan pizza and a drink. The... pizza is always piping hot and delicious, the precious lady there is always so sweet to us, and the price is always right. Thelocation needs an interior refresh (that's why the 4 and not a 5) but other than that, I enjoy the shop. I look forward to thereturn of the buffet someday! Tried their Buffalo chicken melts for the first time and I'm hooked ???? crunchyness and gooey melted mozzarella cheese with... juicy chicken with the buffalo sauce on the side. It was tasty and satisfying. They also have a lunch buffet and it wasn'tcrowded when I visited around 1p. Friendly welcoming faces...definitely worth the trip. Read more
