Took our friends in and two ordered eggplant parm, one ordered fed alfredo and I finally ordered their lasagna. Claudia cooked... all of them to perfection. All four of us agreed that it is the best Italian food in clermont. We all need to visit thiswonderful restaurant. Without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in clermont. The eggplant parm was the best I've ever had. Itwas thinly sliced, breaded, crispy over a bed of pasta. The young man and the female chef were very polite and thanked us forcoming in. Castello's will see us on a regular basis. Wanted to add to my review. We ordered a medium Italian sausage pizza forpick up the other day and it was great. The crust was perfect. We ordered from here for the first time last Friday and were disappointed. We ordered a large pizza, 2 calzones, and some... garlic knots. The pizza was ok, the knots were horrible (I don't think they rose properly because they were very small andgummy), and the calzone orders were messed up. The place had no one in it when we picked up our order so we really couldn'trationalize how they could mess up BOTH calzone orders. Read more

Called them late in the day to see if they could accommodate 10 people on a short notice and the nice woman on the phone assured... us she could seat us right away. We show up about 15 minutes later and they had already set up a few tables together to fit ourentire family. Food was fantastic!!! Everyone ordered something different and they loved every bite. We have lived in Clermontfor 4 years now and this was our first visit and it certainly will not be our last. Folks don?t always pay too much attentionto bad reviews because every business gets them. always consider there are two sides of the story and with fact that nobodywants to work anymore because they are getting free government money (your money) take it easy on these short staffed places!!Everyone was super nice and I made it a point to thank the chef personally for the quick service and excellent food because thepoor guy was by himself. The best pizza in town! Lovely place and friendly staff.

Left there so satisfied. Taste was was excellent. Service was excellent. Price was excellent. Large portions. Greek salad was... very good. Calzone very good. Their sauce was great. Meatballs great. Chicken Alfredo was also very good. Expect it to take alittle longer but well worth the wait. We'll be back! Read more
