Delicious food! The service was really good and atmosphere was great. The Zinger app was so good, which is why I got a picture... halfway through the dish. We waited 45 mins to seat, which isn't the worst, but we saw lots of people leave when there wasempty tables. Money walking away. I'm assuming they are having trouble with staffing I hope they figure it out. That would be myonly complaint. Read more
To start off the Millers Ale House - Clermont is very beautiful. I visited Millers Ale House on Wednesday 11-02-2022. My... waitress was very nice and knowledgeable! Honestly my waitress was pretty amazing! My waitress name was Vale! I?m rating thisrestaurant 1 star because the patty on the burger was burnt! The fries that came with the sandwich was cold! I ordered a sidehouse salad and it was delicious all the way up until I found hair in it! Which was so gross! My waitress came and took thesalad and didn?t charge me for it! Also she switched the fries out! I had to put the cold fries on another plate and give themback to her. She told me that another customer complained about their fries as well! The kitchen need to get it together! I seena manager walking around but never stopped by the table and asked how was our visit or experience! Overall the experience wasnot so great! Read more
For our surprise tonight we visit and it wasn't what we were expecting. The flood flavor was good, but the food was cold and my... husband beverage didn't have the flavor that was supposed to. I didn't want to complaint about the food cause what they aregoing to do with the ribs? Pit them in the microwave... My husband did complaint about the long island ice tea but the serverdid check the receipt and that it was the order said but that wasn't the normal flavor. But the server was so nice that wedidn't want to rush him or put more pressure. The place was packed. So we are like F.. it we keep eating and talking etc.. Had a wonderful time at this new location. Food was wonderful. Great waitress. I had the Zingers with a sharable side of sweet... potato fries. Both yummy. Hubby had a cheeseburger and a sharable order of onion rings. He enjoyed both. Definitely goingagain. This was our daughter in laws dessert. Read more

Great place for a bite and drinks. Plenty of TV screens to see the games. The staff is very friendly. Jennifer was my waitress,... very attentive and haves a great personality. Food was delicious and it came quickly. Since is the newest s spot in town, itgets crowded. Read more
Long Ale House fan, tried the new one a month after opening.. pretty good experience, 3.5 stars. Others were greeted, we... weren't, stood at the counter and had to say hello to the 6 people standing there. Food took a while to come out, prices werehigh and service was ok. Still needs another month to iron out the kinks. Read more
I stopped by miller's ale house Saturday evening around 1am. I sat at the bar where I ordered a beer and then an order of... mozzarella sticks to have with my drink. At the same time I ordered a mountain melt for Togo. I placed my order at 1:15am. Therewere only 4 other guest at the restaurant at that time. We were all seated in the outside bar area. I hadn't recieved any partof my order by 1:30am so I asked the server. She talked to the manager to see what's going on. At 1:39am the manager Erin cameover to bring my food. She brought my mozzarella sticks at the same time of the mountain melt. She then started to make anexcuse about having a lot of Togo orders and stated that I work in the industry so I should understand as I had a work shirt on.She didn't make any attempt to apologize or offer any solution for the extended wait. At this point I didn't even eat mymozzarella sticks because they turned the light on indicating the restaurant was closing and the whole point to order them wasto eat them as I waited for the Togo food. I brought the mountain melt home for my wife. When she was eating it she found alarge chunk of bacon underneath her French fries. I specifically ordered it without bacon as she does have an allergy to pork.Normally with a mountain melt they simply put bacon bits on top. This was not that this seemed as a part of a piece of baconfrom a burger or something which makes it seem as it was put intentionally. I'm disappointed overall with my experience as itshould not take over 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks to be prepared, then the manager Erin who clearly didn't want to bebothered by speaking with a guest who had an issue and seems as if she doesn't want to be in the service industry, and then mywife to find bacon in her food resulting in her having to throw the entire thing away and getting sick. I don't think I'll bereturning any time soon as I'm truly disappointed in the service as well as the quality of the food I recieved. Read more
