We've ordered delivery from this location four times. Of those four times, the order was correct one time, we had missing items... on another order, and the other two orders were canceled even after showing that the order was being prepared. Buyer beware. Read more
The service yesterday was good. They were friendly and helpful and fairly quick. HOWEVER, when we arrived home 15 miles away, we... realized we had been shorted on chicken. My mom ordered a 12 piece all dark meal and received 10 pieces. I ordered a 12 pieceextra crispy meal and received 8 pieces! As you know dining out is more expensive these days, it was roughly $40 each meal. Whenmy mom went back after work today to advise them, they sent her away because she didn't have her receipt and the manager fromlast night is now on vacation, rather than just making a quick call to the manager and asking what to do, like no one there hasthe authority to just replace the 6 missing pieces, she now has to inconveniently go back tomorrow after work with her receiptsTHEN they'll call and ask the manager what she wants to do. Hopefully they'll make this right and replace the missing chickenthat we paid for and didn't receive. It could have simply been handled today honestly. Read more
