Took forever to get waited on even though there was no one in front of us. Two employees with head gear were taking care of... friends and then sat down and joined them. The manager on duty should have been aware of this, especially when of the employeesate a piece of chicken at table without washing his hands when he went back to work. Management definitely needs to take a firmhand and supervise their crew. Letting them go out and socialize with friends in a van then come back in without a word orwashing his hands. Then giving a large beverage container to his friend to go without ringing it up. Makes one wonder how muchthese guys are giving away. Read more
Have not had KFC in about 8 months. Was disappointed to discover that this location no longer sells hot/honey BBQ wings but the... food we purchased was hot and fresh. Biscuits were soft and chicken availablity was good. Read more
Got myself the new jack harlow combo and boy was it tasty. Good portion sizes and the staff working the counter were incredibly... nice. I wish they had more seats though as I had to go out and eat in my car. Though it doesn't happen all the time, it'd stillbe nice to sit inside. Overall, I recommend this kfc and you can't go wrong with their great chicken sandwiches. 5/5 Read more
The chicken was good, but the service was horrible. I got there and sat in the line for 24 minutes before I got to the mic. ... Then I asked for a 16 piece chicken and the manager's response was a very rude "no, we close in 30 minutes and we only have 12pieces of chicken left and they are all legs and thighs. So I ended up getting a 12 piece all dark for the price of a 12 piecemixed. The line behind me was a mile long and the two cars behind me also got buckets of chicken. So I guess an extra 4pieces of chicken was going to break the chicken bank for the night. Read more
Do not buy your meal from the online app. This place has false advertisement. You think you are getting a better deal from... ordering online, but you arrive to the store and see this. After speaking with the "manager" you are told they cannot refundonline orders to get the better deal. Very disappointing that this location is the only kfc around. I will buy in winter gardenfrom now on after a very negative experience that I even called corporate about and never heard anything back. Read more
I enjoy a KFC meal now and again, and have been thoroughly happy with this location. Every time I go there, the orders are... correct, the chicken is fresh, the biscuits are fresh, and there's plenty of gravy on the potatoes. The staff is friendly and Imake sure to compliment them - and I think that's something they appreciate. It's a bit of a drive for me to go to thisparticular KFC but well worth the trip. I got tired of many of the other KFC's that wouldn't open their dining rooms. Read more
Let me share some advice, Download The KFC App! The Coloniel has always been a great value with the 8 piece meal for 21.99, But,... Order thru the app and you get a 8 piece dinner with 3 sides,4 biscuits,for a dollar more!! And right now there is a couponthere for spend $12 or more and get their delicious chicken sandwich for free! What a DEAL! EVERYTHING HOT,CRISPY,DELICIOUS! KFC has always been the best value to me for the amount of good food, feed a family of 4 for under $25 withtax. Everything was on point here, with a special shout out for making a delicious sandwich.
