Every once in awhile I'll stop by and get something, not a coffee drinker but I like dunkin"s coffee. I will also order a... breakfast sandwich or bagel w/CC n jelly. It never fails, I don't get a knife to spread the Jelly and I shouldn't have to, I'mdriving... HELLO!!!! and I NEVER get napkins!!! What am I supposed to do...lick my hands clean like a cat? This store was not particularly busy. We were the only customers inside. The drive through had 4 cars that weren't moving. The... cashier inside didn't speak to us until we had been there a few minutes. She 2as not particularly friendly. We ordered andwaited a good 10 minutes for 2 pre-made, heated too long sandwiches , a cup of coffee and a tea. Read more

Their donuts & coffee (especially the seasonal fall & winter flavors) always taste great. They have a blueberry sweet tea that's... a must try! I knocked one star because as much as it breaks my heart to say, over the last 2yrs I've noticed their food has gonedown hill. The quality hasnt been as good anymore as well as I had kept receiving food that was still frozen/cold which isfrustrating since I would sometimes be in a rush and can't turn back and wait again. Which has lead me to start going otherplaces if I need food as well. If you're just getting coffee & donuts, this is a great spot. Read more

Came though the DT this morning ordered lg ice coffee 6 donuts( they had no filled donuts at 630am so I got all glazed but w.e)... and a md Carmel coolatta. They repeated my order. I pulled up and they handed me a strawberry coolatta. I said it?s supposed tobe a carmel coffee coolatta. She said they renamed it it?s now a carmel frozen coffee when you order it. I said ok but yourepeated my order so how did I get a strawberry when you repeated Carmel coolatta. I asked can you just give me the ice coffeeand the donuts then as I?m not a fan of the strawberry coolatta. I was told well I already charged your card so you want this (meaning the strawberry coolatta) or I can make you a Carmel frozen coffee, but it will be a little bit of a wait tho cause theyonly have 2 people. I said no to her making the Carmel because I had already waited in a line in the dt, and expected my drink Iordered especially when the order is repeated back with no issue or correction. I left with a drink that I paid for that Ididn?t want and couldn?t drink. Crew member didn?t apologize, was cold and was lacking Customer service. The ice coffee was onpoint and my husband really enjoyed his drink. I guess I will be doing a Starbucks run later for me. Sad considering I use towork at multiple locations in clermont and was always told my managers to make sure the guest leaves happy with their serviceand items. Read more

This one is fairly ok for a Dunkin. Which is not a terribly high standard..... I was pleased this morning when they dumped my... bacon upside down into the bag that was very nice........ I just wish they (ALMOST All/ Fast Food) wouldn't use factory eggs forbreakfast.......... Look at them, no natural egg looks like that. Nor do they have 12 ingredients in a natural egg. And don't becheap with the bacon, especially when I order extra bacon. EDIT: ! When I walked in there and I saw the volume of business andthe number of employees it was clear what the problem was. They do not have enough employees, so these poor folks are runningaround like the proverbial chickens with their head cut off. I might assume that they're being severely underpaid also? Read more

No people skills at all from the young employees . Manager especially. Need training bad. No communication. No... acknowledgement. No smiles. Waited for ten to 15 minutes. Expressed to manager and all she said was ok like she did not care.Will never set foot in there again. This was a Sunday midday. Wow that was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The owner of that storeshould give them some training. The manager is a joke! Read more

Take out. Apparently, there is no such thing as customer service. Please make sure that you are ready to be patient if you want... an order. Being asked to get out of line and wait after driving to the window is unacceptable. People who work at windows needbetter training. Thankfully, the shift leader knows how to communicate. Read more

This place was shared with a Baskin Robbins. The staff was amazing and I love the service. As usual they had all the stuff we... wanted and the employees were super sweet. They were fairly quick as well and wasn't too busy. We preferred going inside insteadof the drive through. Read more
