Really good. I am from out of state and work at a coffee shop. I frequent Dunkin a lot and just get a caramel craze iced latte... with no modifications or substitutions. I can?t tell you how many times I?ve had it made wrong. This location gets it rightevery time. I wish I lived in this state so I can have it all the time cause it tastes better than how they make it back at homelol. Def gonna get it as much as I can until I leave ???????? Read more

I strongly dislike Starbucks but at this point I'd go there before I go to another dunks in FL. They put this poor kid by... himself, took 15 at the drive thru before we even got to the window. Asked for iced vanilla coffee with the shot flavoring andcream only. Got an ice coffee with both vanilla swirl, caramel swirl, 1 cream and 1 sugar instead... I specified twice no swirlsand only cream. I understand the staffing but it took an additional ten minutes at the window. Read more
I ordered a Carmel iced coffee. I watched the manager at about an inch of coffee and then fill the rest of it with milk. I said... I didn't order it that way and he said that's how we make it. Guess what it tasted like straight milk. I took a picture to showhow white an iced coffee was. Threw it out!!! Read more
Don't come here, the service and environment here is poor, the staff always chat and ignore you unless you say hello to them... loudly, the temperature in the store is too high, won't give straws when buying drinks, will never come again. Read more

Sent someone to get an 2 Turkey sausage egg and cheese ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN, one no egg, and I heard them repeat the order... twice, and the cashier repeated it back to them, I was on the phone and yet for some reason I got both sausage egg and cheese ona sesame bagel. Always extended wait times. Today I chose to deal with the drive thru wait even though no one was in front of me. When I finally... got to order they were out of the donut I wanted?fine.
