Very friendly staff. Sydney and Terrell specifically we interacted with, but I noticed the other staff extremely friendly as... well. However, my husbands burger came out cold and my chicken sandwich was thin. You can see in the pic the cheese is so coldit?s hanging stiffly over the sandwich. We?ve never had food here, only desserts which is always good. Hubby got a custardafter his burger and asked for whip cream nuts and a cherry. It came with no whip cream. Food was good, not cold. Social distancing and masks were used. Bathroom was clean. I think the suggestion needs to be passed... that the restaurant needs to label their sandwiches so people won't have to be gone through to find out whose is what. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. I was served a raw hamburger! I ate half of the burger before discovering pink meat. I called the... restaurant and the manager said ?I?m sorry about that? multiple times and never offered a resolution. I finally requested arefund after they didn?t even offer. Store owner took over my call then the call was disconnected. I called back several timesand nothing has been done. They clearly don?t care about this issue and I do not recommend eating here. At least have thedecency to take down my contact info and offer a refund and tell me you?ll get this corrected. Update: I called the store againwhen a man answered and said, ?Heather I?m trying to issue you a refund.? I truly believe the store saw my multiple calls andrefused to answer and this man had an aggression tone against me when I was the one who consumed raw meat from his store. Mindyou, I don?t know how he was trying to issue me a refund when he never took down any of my information and the food was paid onmy husband?s card therefore no recent receipt with the name Heather (unless another guest receives my refund.). It?s been 24hours and the restaurant has not contacted me or refunded my order. If I was the manager I would have offered a refund and agift card to come back and try them a second time and ensure she figured out how this burger was sent out of the kitchen. Another great Culver?s. So happy Culver?s came to Florida. Location is very clean, well lit and nicely decorated for Halloween. ... Hamburgers, fries, rings and concrete are always on point?delicious. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. And alwaysvery, very polite. Only issue is that no one was wearing masks. So, if you?re not ok with that, I would recommend goingthrough the drive through or taking out. Read more
Me and my wife frequent this location and we were very disgusted n disappointed by them today. We order what we usually get, the... culvers deluxe basket, and made it home with our food. My wife had already started eating when I took the first bite of myburger and pulled 2 long strands of hair out my mouth. Needless to say I spit out what was in my mouth and my wife couldn'tfinish her food after that. We called the restaurant to speak with a manager and inform them what happened. After explaining tohim that I just pulled hair out my mouth and that I would like a refund at least just for my food he couldnt because we paidwith a debit card. He said all he could do is send us coupons. He also said he knew whose hair it was after describing it tohim(long dark hair) and he would talk to them about wearing a hair net. I don't understand why everyone in the inst wearing ahair net if they are around food. I was not satisfied with their "solution" to this issue. We will not be back. Read more
