I placed an online order and when I got home and opened the bowl, it was basically an empty bowl. It came with nothing I ordered... only rice and black beans which didn?t look fresh. It looked like a bowl that someone already ate through and they used it withmy order. I asked for a manager and showed them what they gave me. I should have taken pictures. I wanted my money back and allthey gave me was a number to call. This is ridiculous I had to drive all the way back there and all they gave me was a number tocall. Some days are better than others as are most places. In most cases I have a great experience at this location, but there has... been a couple times when I feel I was not treated the best because the staff was clearly miserable that day. I work in theservice industry so I get it, So I'm always very polite even though I feel they are not. Sometimes the place is immaculate andsometimes it's a train wreck, that could be me coming in at a bad time, but I feel it's usually cleaner than it is messy.Overall I give this a good rating though because I will keep coming back. Asked for a bowl with guacamole, they gave me this tiny little amount (it?s hard to see but it was less than half of the serving... spoon) and i asked for more and they said they would charge me for extra. I?ve had problems with them doing the same thing inthe past as well. There were also other people in line ahead of me having the same problem. Their online ordering is so inconsistent I 10/10 do not recommend it?s better to go in person. I spent an extra four dollars for... double chicken and they skimp me EVERY SINGLE TIMMMEEE. If there is a regular amount of chicken, there?s hardly any rice if Iorder double chicken, there?s hardly any chicken. The only thing that is consistent is their inconsistency. Read more
This Chipotle disappointed me a bit, when I went on the app there was no quac available but when I was in the restaurant the... quac was available. I assumed the app and the store were connected so I changed my order because of it. If the app and therestaurant were correctly connected my rating would?ve been a 5. Read more
Update - Now that they've been open for a little bit it seems things are slacking a little. We usually do pretty good at this... location but on this occasion I was a bit disappointed. I ordered in the app and went in to pick up our food. It was ready whenI arrived so I was in and out quickly. They were friendly and verified by name when they got the order. I took the bag and weheaded home. When I unpacked the bag I discovered that the lids on both bowls were both crushed. One of the bowls was exactly asit was supposed to have been while the second one was supposed to have extra lettuce and they actually put less in the normal.Plus all the lettuce was off to one side. Normally when I order mine it comes out very spicy the way I like it but this time itdidn't have the heat and was spotty and how it was spread in the bowl. Some bites had decent heat and others had almost none.Everything tasted right which was very important but I just have come to expect a bit more from this location. We do usuallyenjoy Chipotle so I anticipate that we will continue to dine with them for some time. Recently opened and finally slowing downto a reasonable wait time. I went in for lunch in the midafternoon and they were steady but not crazy busy. I only ordered abowl and they did a fine job making it just the way I wanted it. They were very friendly and professional. The employees werewearing gloves and masks. I was so run down and exhausted when I entered tonight. I felt bad about coming in half an hour before closing. I asked an... employee if they were still taking new orders. She was so friendly and cheerful, giving me no impression that I wasinconveniencing her in any way (which I probably was). Everyone I interacted with was sociable and delightful, even though theywere probably tired and wanted to go home. They chatted with me and made me feel welcome. I definitely want to return to thislocation (hopefully earlier in the evening next time). The food was really good too. Read more
Went to get the usual today, a bowl with extra rice because no one ever gets charged extra for extra rice out of all the times I... have been there. I get extra rice because they always tend to serve a very small portion of rice. Today all of a sudden theemployee tells me that he was told by the manager that they are charging extra for extra rice which is beyond ridiculous becausethey barely serve any rice. In my opinion the manager and/or workers just do not want to work and prepare more food which isjust laziness. I will NOT go to this Chipotle ever again. If there is anyone that actually likes being served a regular amountof rice or extra rice in their bowl, I highly suggest you avoid this location. If the policy actually ?did change? and they docharge extra now for extra rice, I would still avoid this location due to the fact that you will not get what you pay for. Read more
