Appears that Chili's has new chips for the appetizer (Chip's and Salsa), on a scale of 1 to 10 they were maybe a 4, not... impressed at all. Waitress took our order then disappeared, server who brought our food noticed we needed drinks refilled andhe got them for us and asked if we needed anything else. Next time the waitress came to our table was basically to see if wewere ready to pay. Server provided way more service. Food came out quickly and order was accurate. Read more
We go to this restaurant often and you can deff see a shift in customer service from 6 months ago? Went there Friday 7/1 and the... entire staff was super friendly. We recently made an Uber eats order. We received 2 sliders instead of 3. Mango Habanero sauce was only poured on 2 pieces of... chicken strips. There was no sauce for the cheese curds. Queso was bad. We order from you regularly, so we were a bitdisappointed. Salsa and chips were legit! Read more

I will preface by saying this will be the 2nd negative review I've ever left in my almost 30 years of being alive. Service... 0/10 Food 3/10 Cleanliness 4/10 Overall experience 2/10 We spoke with our original server twice, and that was to order ourdrinks and then food. She visited the table sat 20 minutes after us 4 times within 5 minutes of being sat. All while passing ourtable and not checking on a single thing. One of the people (I'm assuming a cook) that was helping serve food was rude with ourtable. I waited for my server to ask for boxes at least, but ended up having to grab my own boxes that I was lucky enough tofind. The manager on duty actually watched me grab the to-go boxes and didn't ask if everything was okay or check on anything.She also watched us gather ourselves and leave and didn't say a word unlike every other place of business. Lastly Ispecifically ordered my wings extra wet, because I have a problem with my wings every time. You would think I learn mylesson. Attached you will see my "extra wet" wings. It was horrible.. haven't gone in a while. And won't be back soon.. service was poor.. the server was not engaging or... personable.. Got 3 apps. Combo.. boneless wings were dry/ onion petals were warm not hot / the burgers looked like hockey puckswith cheese that looked like it had been sitting for hours. And no grilled onions. And hubby got a chicken sandwich with RAWbacon.. Could here workers shouting in the kitchen.. and a glimpse of said kitchen after a bathroom trip.. well let's just saycooking in the bathroom would've been more sanitary. Disgusting.. Read more
This place has fallen off. Wife and I went in, knowing what we wanted. Ordered our app, and food. FORTY minutes went by before... we saw our food. Food eventually came, before the app I should add, and it was incorrect( on a dietary restriction). Which tookanother 20 minites. Our server didn't want to be at work, and it was most likely because she was coughing every 2 minutes byour table. Wife and I will probably never return here, and warn others off this location.
