I made an online order at 3pm for a 4:05pm pick up. As I arrived at 4:06pm, my order was not ready. As my order was being... hurriedly and improperly prepared, I steadied myself for the worst. My entire order was prepped wrong. This seedy location hadno tomatoes, no bacon and no diet coke syrup as I poured myself a cuo of seltzer. The workers in the back prepping my food wereloud, crude and incredibly slow. Needless to say, I am never ordering or going to this Burger King ever again and I hooeeveryone in Clermont avoids this dismal establishment as well. Read more
I?ve never had a good experience at this location but this by far was the worst. After waiting far too long to be assisted at... the counter we placed our order followed by another long wait and an inoperable soda machine. When we received our order and satdown my 13 year old son and I realized we only had 4 ketchup packets for 4 burgers and this was not enough. He went to thecounter and was told he could not have more due to limits. I then went up and as luck would have it ran into the districtmanager hastily leaving. I got his attention and let him know. He seemed generally disinterested but did give me more ketchup onhis way out the door. From there it got much worse. Once I sat down and we opened our food 3 of the 4 burgers were clearlyreheated from a previous day. And semblance of moisture was gone from hours in a warmer and it was only about 11:30am. Theyresembled hockey pucks and lunch service had just started. We forced a few bites but stopped and threw the rest away in fear ofgetting sick. They tasted awful and by the appearance of this location, food safety is probably not a priority. I?ll likely becalling the health department but at minimum there is zero chance I?ll ever return. Management needs a serious overhaul and foodsafety should not be something worth risking to save a few dollars. Those burgers should have been thrown away and not served toa human being. Read more
Live close by and keep giving this place a try - well this will be the last time. Service is the slowest I have ever... experienced at a fast food restaurant, not expecting gourmet meals, however I would still hope it?s edible. The picture is ofthe biscuit my breakfast sandwich came in?. I highly recommend heading down the highway to the better one, if there is a suddenurge for BK. I had a review posted before about how crazy this place use to be and I deleted it so I can try them again and review it. Its 2... pm and the service is slow and one customer is in line at the drive through. I really believe they need to get rid of thisburger king and get something new here. This place wont recover from the 2 years if bad service. Read more

Visited today, expecting it to be better boy was I wrong! I was the only one on line for the drive thru, no cars ahead waiting... at the pick up windows. Finally gave up, three cars behind me now. Drove up to the window, the workers looked at me and walkedaway. All of them goofing around, one I called out no one took my order. One of them said ? we did not hear him, he didn?twait?. Finally ordered, they were not happy, food order was correct but cold. Last visit, I promise! Parking lot was filthy,maintenance is a word they are not familiar with. Need strong management presence and better hiring practices. You get what youare paying for when you hire friends and being cheap. Read more
