Haven't eaten Applebee's in years so decided to give it a shot and see if maybe my taste buds have changed to like their... food..ummm, no. Ordered the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and mashed taters. Food was okay but it took way to long to get to us. The server had a trainee and they did well for the most part although did... disappear for long periods of time. Ordered a 2 for $24, a burger meal, a kids meal and an appetizer which ended up being over$50. Didn't feel like we had enough food for the price. This was the third time we have been to this restaurant and all 3 timeswe had long waiting times on our food. Thought we would give it another try but will not be going there again. Read more
Revised review: feels like a whole new place. Perfectly staffed, fresh hot food, perfectly cooked and quickly served. I?m very... impressed at the correction that this place has made. Customer Service flat ZERO? So my 11 yo loves Applebees. I took him today for lunch sat down. 20 minutes passes no waitress not... even water was given to us. While waiting I ask the hostess ?do you know who our waitress is?? He replied ?the bartender andonly 1 other waitress?. Now during the 20 minutes 3 other tables sat down after us in the same section. Finally the bartendercomes over and starts taking orders from the other tables and walks away. I told my son let?s go I?ll take you somewhere else. Ileft the menus on the table. I have no photos to post because like I said not even water. Thank you to the bartender who wasbusy talking to the men at the bar and not taking care of the tables. Read more
Went for a drinks and appetizer. Service was decent. The appetizer came out sloppy. The sauces were spilled out onto the food... making the food soggy. Chips were stale. Mediocre at best. Will be a while before we return. Read more

We used to love coming to this restaurant but now the staff isn?t the same not as friendly. We came for lunch and they took our... order right away everything probably came out within 10mins of us being there mind you we were never given silverware nornapkins and it?s hard to get anyone?s attention not even refills were offered. Food was horrible we got chicken tenders and thelooked as if they been sitting out and we?re just reheated when mentioned it was like if we were bothering.. super disappointedand won?t be back Read more
