The service is very good and they have interesting options menu options, but they fail at the basics. I've tried this place 2... times hoping my first experience was a fluke, but I was disappointed both times. The bagel sandwiches are soggy and gross,this should never be the case at a place which specializes in bagels. The sandwiches would be great if they simply preparedtheir bagels properly, but they don't. You'd be better off just buying bagels from the supermarket and putting your owntoppings on them, I'm surprised this place has such high ratings. Read more
