I booked the north room for my baby shower about 3 months in advance. Lana was AMAZING I emailed her all the time asking... questions, she always answered my questions super fast and she was always so sweet and patient with me. The servers, food & roomwas AMAZING! The bartender Marilyn was the best she was so helpful and made sure I was happy and whatever I needed she made sureI got it. Hotel was overall decent. My wife and I were surprised by the fact that the room door handle needed to be turned upward instead... of down. The room was dated but was tidy and comfortable. Room rate was good for what you get. Read more

I'm only giving this hotel 2 stars and not 1 star because of the staff at Crosby. Room was dated (I think the TV is from 2000).... Also room doors are loud. My neighbor was going in and out of their room multiple times at 6 AM. The hotel has a strict nosmoking rule yet you can smell it in the hallway and sometimes I could smell it in my bathroom. Breakfast buffet was a joke.Waitress can't speak English- I'm surprised she found me a spoon. Also no options for milk except 2% - unacceptable to meespecially since I am on a diet. Front desk has a bit of an attitude. At least a majority of the room was clean and the bed wasokay. Pillows too soft. A/C unit is LOUD so be prepared. FYI - I purchased an efficiency room and they gave me somethingwithout efficiency kitchen. I wanted something cheaper but I booked last minute and got stuck with an expensive room. I'm gladthey gave me a cheaper room but they didn't ask first. So be sure to confirm this upon check in. Read more

We booked The Village Inn for our wedding and reception and were not disappointed. The event space was wonderful, the hotel... rooms for the weekend stay were wonderful, and the customer service by Lana and staff was amazing! As the Venue Coordinator,Lana was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I and our wedding party booked every type of room offered and were notdisappointed with any of our rooms. 9-5-22 Did not get a good night sleep. When the AC kicks on & off it is loud. Wakes you up every time. When it?s on you freeze.... Then they had an humidifier in room which was also loud. Great rates. Loved the outdoor pool. Housekeeping was fantastic. Clean and the staff was helpful with everything. Unfortunately... no room service or elevator. Older hotel but clean and has been given a face lift. The ladies bathrooms on the first floor bythe event hall/reception area were beautifully decorated. Conveniently located next to a grocery store, liquor store, manyrestaurants, and other fun things to see. Read more

Nice and convenient place. But few things bothered me, first of all when using microwave was kicking out the breaker all the... time after 1 minute use, i had to call front desk like 5 times to flip the breaker back. And second, how the ac and one bed indouble bed room, it's impossible to sleep, since the ac is blowing straight to your face and body. They need to fix this, notsure how people sleep on such positioned bed. Read more
