I usually get the best service, and the best food at Subways across America. I don't traditionally voice a complaints, but in... this case, my hand is forced in the matter. By far, this Subway , 6782 River Center Dr, Clemmons, NC 27012, is by far the worstran, worst service, and worst food that I have ever received from a Subway. I had already sworn that I would never visit thisSubway again. My girlfriend was in a situation where she had to get food, and this Subways was the closest one. I warned her,very strongly, to avoid this Subway at all cost. She had to order some food, and soon. Her sandwich was built completelyincorrect. The tomatoes that the young person used was placed directly on the bread, instead of placing a bed of lettuce downprior. The bread as completely saturated with tomato juice. I have attempted to reach to the management regarding the serviceand food here. The management cell phone contact I was given has never returned my calls. The kids that work here need a basiccourse in customer service. They act completely dis-interested in there job. My experiences have all been horrid. This Subwaycloses repeatedly before the POSTED 9:00 PM closing time. One time I attempted to get service, and the door was locked. Somekid inside the Subway didn't even acknowledge me when I requested that they come to the door. The last time I ever went here, Irequested that I desired double meat on my steak & cheese. The amount the child gave me was far from eve the 'normal' amount,even beyond the standard amount allotted. When I told the kid that they are not giving me the correct amount, they got angrywith me. She literally, huffed and rolled her eyes at me. I was completely floored by this response. The bread that thesandwich was prepared on was very old, and was NOT even close to 'fresh'. Earth, Water, Fire, Ice, Spirit, Force, Air. Turkey, Ham, Pepperoni, American Cheese Lettuce, Jalapenos. The cookies in the... display case were as shiny, fresh and crisp like the Tinman's new coat so I had to get 3. The woman in front of me got a 6 inchsub. 6 inch? No wonder ppl have the time to get stuff banned. You can finish a 6inch in the parking lot. Read more

Young guy making my subs put 2 pieces of bacon on my footlong sub. 2. Had to ask him 3 times if this was a new policy. Said,... yeah, been doing it for a couple of months. I don't think he is correct but he never offered to add more. Got angry with me whenI said i wanted the bread for my turkey sub toasted but not the turkey and also when i asked for 2 sides of pickles. Literally,huffed and rolled his eyes.I think Subways are franchises so I will spend my hard earned money at another Subway but will not goback to this one. Really need some leadership in this place. The manager is not friendly at all, and often downright ride. Seems like everyone... I go here there are new people working, so obviously people aren't sticking around. Maybe the owners will realize how poorlytheir store is being run. Read more
Always a great place with top notch service. The manager runs a good shop. New menu items and old standards have driven prices... up however, I think it's that way pretty much everywhere. Read more
