I love McDonald's. I have lived in this town for decades. My family and friends have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars... at this specific store. I ask very nicely for fries well done where there is a specific button on their register for thatpurpose. It will show up well done on the screens behind, in front, and for the people preparing the food. I have been politeeverytime I ask for the specific request. I will not mess with your drive thru times I will pay and pull up and wait. I havealways made that clear. I have yet to ever receive a well done fry. This is pathetic. IT IS ON THE SCREEN. My big Mac came withsauce on one quarter lettuce on the second onions on the third and cheese on the last. It is seriously not that hard to make adecent big Mac. An extra ten seconds maybe. Typically this McDonald?s is great. However whoever you have running the food line needs to get a grip @ 11:30am-12pm.... Complaining that someone ordered extra ketchup and pickles on a burger really isn?t the end of the world like you were making ittoday. Ridiculous and childish. Read more

Everything I come to this location it's a bad experience. The food is always burnt to a charcoal crisp. Certain nights of the... week during late-night hours the staff will ignore you while talking loudly and explicitly about certain aspects of theirpersonal lives, and you don't get what you pay for. Everything I buy a combo meal at this location they forget my fries and saythat if I want fries I have to but the combo meal. I in turn point to the reciept which shows I did in fact pay for the comboand they still won't give me my fries. I'd rather get bit in the face by a angry rattlesnake that eat here again Read more
