Terrible experience. Lazy employees that do not care. The location is very difficult to get into and out of.
Came by today(6-26) around 6pm from another Dunkin which messed up my order, asking for it to be remade. The workers were very... understanding and kind, and remade my drink, apologizing even tho it was not their fault. I will be coming by more often, greatservice, AMAZING coffee! Read more
We were traveling through around 4:45pm and got off the exit specifically to order a warm sandwich from the menu. The store... closes at 8pm and we were told that the oven is turned off 4 hours before closing so they can't serve us. I asked if that wereposted anywhere and he said no. He said we should come back tomorrow (haha). We are traveling. He also said that hardly anyonecomes in after 4:00pm. He said the staff have to be there while the oven is cleaned and it has to be off. If the manager knowsthis, it is very poor customer service and business practice. You are losing revenue due to lazy staff. Read more
Ordered crullers and they were all out. So, I ordered glazed donuts. I took 2 bites and realized they were the dryest glazed... donuts I have ever eaten in my life. I threw the other 5 donuts into the trash. Read more

Disgusting. The hashbrowns I received today are most definitely a day old and are cold. Not crispy at all. Why would they give... someone this? The others are in the bag. I?ve never had any Dunkin?s hash brown that wasn?t crispy so I knew something was offand when I took a bite of one could tell it was cold and old.
