I really do not know why this place is as popular as it is. I went for the Monster burger and fries. I asked for ketchup,... mustard, onions, cheese, and bacon. You get enough fries for two or more people. However, the burger had just enough ketchupto cover a half inch diameter of the bun. The two slivers of bacon were enough for a few bites, and the burger was overcookedto the point of dryness. When done right, the burger is delicious. But while the shakes and ice cream may be good, there is noconsistency in the quality of the burgers. Next time, it's Cookout for a really good burger. Read more

First time trying this chain as we are not from this state and it was pretty good overall. Didn?t get to try the ice cream,... which is probably a sin, but hey, we only had so much time and room in our stomachs! The single burger I got was very good andthe order was accurate to my requests. Kind of wish the slice of cheese were slightly bigger, but that?s a ~tiny~ complaint tomake haha! The serving size on the fries was huge! The cheese sauce I got for them was lackluster though and I wouldn?trecommend spending money on it, just use ketchup. The chicken tenders were good and hot. The condiment bar was stocked and thewhole place was clean and very full of staff. Options for seating was plentiful.
