Always been the best location near western winston salem/Lewisville area. Positive employees, my order is always right and hot.
This has historically been a terrible Bojangles but today marks the day that I?ll never return. The chicken sandwiches looked... and tasted like yesterday?s unsold leftovers. The fries were cold and the tea resembled what I would imagine to be dirty laundrywater. I honestly don?t think they?ve cleaned the tea canister in weeks. Terrible! Read more
The last two times I drove thru, my chicken tenders were very small and dried out. Employees are there for just a paycheck and... don?t care about the food being served. Definitely gives Bojangles a bad name. Also the main item, the biscuit, was not inbox. Never again will I eat at Bojangles!!!!! Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. EVERY time I come here the food is never fresh. Fries were so hard I couldn't eat them and it... wasn't full. It's a shame this place is the closest to my job. DONT SERVE PEOPLE SOMETHING YOU WOULDNT EAT!! Read more
We ordered a 20pc. family meal. Cost me $46.00 and the chicken I got was old. Looked like some pieces had been sitting past the... shelf life, and some looked as if had been "refried". The chicken was either greasy or dried out. We couldnt eat it. This wasabsolutely crazy. I got my food at 08:52pm and by 09:20 the restaurant stopped answering the phone. I know I called them severaltimes, and even from a different number. I want my money back. Wont be eating here anymore. Read more
Ordered 2 piece dinner, breast&wing with pintos and macaroni cheese $8.89. At window young lady advised me no breast, but she... could give me 3 wings. I inquired at a lower price. She replied "yes!" However, when she advised me the total and she didn'tcharge me for 1 of the sides. Apparently she felt this was a great deal, and I was ignorant and dumb! If the meal includes 2sides, and a biscuit, how was I getting something special as replacement. Then she insults me by asking if I still wanted thetwo sides. I definitely told her, that wasn't a deal. Especially since I wasn't receiving the dinner I wanted, and being chargedthe same price. I drove off, circled in front of their franchise, went straight across too Wendy's.
