They got my order wrong. Instead of a burger all the way, they have me mustard only. When I asked about it they said mustard is... on the all the way. Can't say I'm not surprised my food was wrong yet again, pulled up to drive through no one in front of me gave my order 2... sausage egg taqutios and 2 sausage egg taquitos with cheese. Pull up to window and had to weight I was like yes freshfood. I love when I get to give good reviews but not this time. As much as we love whataburger, I wish ours was like Burleson. They... are 2 lines deep all the time and get it done yet here I am in line for over 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Thewindow ask me to wait and look at menu for 10 minutes ??? I get in line at 10:40 wanting breakfast and 3 cars behind me probablywanting the same and any normal like you can get that but nope and one car in front of me and she did that with the car ahead ofme. Then I get to the window ,finally? and she is rude of course. Sticks her hand out without telling me the total and slams thewindow and then hand my food and slams the window. At approx 2041hrs I entered the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks. At 2103, I paid for them. Took over 20 min just to get two... beverages. Maybe staffing issues, but that's it for me. This location has done this several times over the last few monthsand I think it's time to pull the plug. Im done with this place. Ordered pancakes and other items. They said they had no pancakes so I ordered something else. I get to window, get my food and... they said oh by the way we did have pancakes so thats what we gave you. Umm ok well thanks for asking me if that was ok. This Whataburger is very slow getting orders out. On several occasions, I?ve waited in their drive thru line for like 15 minutes... without moving. It wasn?t busy but at one point we sat in line for closer to 25-30 minutes and still hadn?t moved so we justleft. It didn?t used to be like this and I don?t know if they?re just EXTREMELY understaffed but it really shouldn?t take morethan a whopping 30 minutes for one burger, one fries and a drink. Your job isn?t that hard, I don?t understand how you can?t get anything right. The food was old and cold. Got tenders as one... part of the order with no gravy.
