Excellent meals for the evening! Incredible food and atmosphere! Had to have a late evening snack and this was the... recommendation! The flavors of the dishes were "impeccable" and worthy of an additional visit! I've found over the years, therestaurants which obtain the "fresh catch" while located next to the pier are some of the best! This was no different and worththe return visit!!! Read more
Guess what my friend suggested - Locally caught fish that is NOT deep fried - This is a rare combination to find in Clearwater... beach area. You can come here in a suit or in flip flops and a T-shirt.. The kitchen knows what they are doing, the food isexcellent. Service is excellent, they will Substitute food / sides for you as you like. Marina area - you Can go for a walkafter the meal... Or pay $$ and take a charter boat out to the ocean parked beside the restaurant. This restaurant was just okay. It had great review from this site but the only thing I thing was good was my fresh salad. The... fried mahi taco was okay, the sauce is not very seasoned well so nothing amazing and the grouper my hubs had, which all theseafood were local catch, was okay. We had way better seafood back in Charleston, SC so this seafood restaurant was nothingcompared to what we had back home. I guess the restaurant didn?t meet our expectations! Read more
Everything was amazing. We got to sit on the patio and listen to live music. Tom our server was great and so understanding (half... of our group was trying to find parking which took forever) He didn't rush us or make us wait for them. The food was excellent.I got the stuffed grouper and it was so flavorful. I didn't have any leftovers ????. Also must try the Banana bread dessert. Read more
First I have to say the gentleman that was at the front was awesome, we had a 20 minute wait for a party of 9 and he kept us... updated the entire time and was very pleasant. We all had adult beverages while we waited and they were good. My husband orderedthe shrimp and grits and they were amazing! Definitely recommend those. I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were good,very pretty, I do wish that the chicken had a little bit more seasoning. My sister ordered the same and said the same thing. TheMac and cheese that the kids ordered was a huge helping and cooked, but again it could've used a little salt. We ordered theFrench fries with the fish and cream sauce as an appetizer and that was fantastic and definitely would order those again.Overall a great experience, could've used more refills those didn't happen until towards the end when we were getting checkedout. Great location with a view of the marina. Good happy hour specials. The oysters were fresh and flavorful. Jalapeno corn hush... puppies were awesome, as were the Cracker Cracker shrimp (buffalo sauced) and the coconut shrimp. It was chilly when we werethere, but you didn't really know because they had the outdoor heaters on and it kept us comfortable. Our bartender was veryfriendly and service was fast.
