Hot Sake Sushi & Asian is a small hole in the wall restaurant. Very clean and has good service, professional and friendly staff.... Food is fresh and good quality. Is a bit pricey compared to other near by Hibachi restaurants. This place is located in theheart of Clearwater Beach Pier 60. Very convenient access to the beach and other near by vendors. Sucks you have to pay forparking and if you don?t you will get a parking fine $$$. Had a good experience. Will be coming back again. Expect to paysomewhere close to $100 plus tip included dinner for two. Read more
This place is really good and authentic. Yes they're pricy even for tourists area, but the sizes of their sashimi are 30% larger... than where I come from. The fried rice I ordered for my kid is excellent too, with the right flavor and the aroma of wok stirredfried dish. Btw, sushi grade fish have to be flash frozen, it is normal to then defrost the fish to the right temperature toserve. Read more
This is an amazing place. I have been coming to this restaurant since day 1. It?s great to see how busy the restaurant is every... time I eat. The fish is so fresh and never frozen. I am a local and definitely the best sushi. The chef is so talented. Theowners are fabulous. Read more
Everything I love about a sushi restaurant and they also offer other dishes. Traditional sushi and fun rolls too. Specials with... fresh fish they got in that day. One sushi chef but he stayed on top of the orders. Small inside also has outside seating. Smallbut sufficient sake and drink menu. Read more
Okay..if you are looking for sushi and hibachi in Clearwater beach, this is an excellent choice.the sushi was excellent. Their... clear soup is one of the best.hibachi chicken and shrimp with fried rice was really tasty with vegetables and an amazingly tastysauce. They also have a large selection of sake and sake bombs.the service was excellent..both fast and friendly. They alsooffer both inside and outside seating.it might be a little hard to find as it in a side strip mall not facing the main road butif your at Clearwater beach look for it or ask a local...it's worth the journey. Hot sake was our second choice but it was a wonderful mistake. The grade of fish was out of this world. Melt in your mouth, so... well handled and prepared. Sushi salad, tuna tartar (our favorite but a little spicy but my favorite bite) Mexican roll, phillyroll, caterpillar roll. We went in between lunch and dinner and that is the absolute perfect time. I can imagine at peek timesit would be a longer wait. Try to have patience in small run restaurants with exquisite plating. Read more
The waitress was great. Food took a while to come out. Gave them 4 stars because the price to food ratio was a little off in my... opinion. But it is enough to fill you. The quality of the food was great. If you want sushi I definitely recommend! Read more
