This was the BEST tacos and Mexican/Spanish food I\'ve every had in my entire life! The owner of this business is running this... company like a business should. He is cooking this food with historical and cultural accuracy. Every single item on his menu iscooked to order. You can tell that every single play that is made is created with precision, intelligence, and love. I wouldleave 10 Stars here if this was possible. Best Mexican food I?ve ever eaten! Period!\n\nBeing from Montreal, I?m used to dining at some of the trendiest and time tested... restaurants anywhere? Let me tell you that this little gem serves the FRESHEST and TASTIEST food around the Clearwater Beacharea bar none. You don?t even have to like Mexican food to fall in love with Chihuas Tacos. We ate several of the housespecialties but only remembered to take pictures of the best Quesadillas and churros I ever had made by head chef and owner Tinohimself.\n\nEverything is authentic from the decor to the music but it was the food that simply left me feeling happy, full andlooking forward to back again this week! So good!!! I couldn\'t stop eating to take a pic. Absolutely delicious and the service is just as delicious as the fair. Did I... say the food was delicious! Oh my goodness if you want authentic Mexican cuisine this is a must stop! If you want Taco Belldon\'t come here, you\'ll be disappointed in how Taco Bell is absolute trash in comparison to this place! HIDDEN GEM!!!!!\n\nWe go Mexican more times then not, I have to say this place is one of the best. It\'s only been open six... months, yet the food is top notch. The prices are more than fair and the staff is unreal. Take a break for the beach bars andgive this spot a try, they\'re most likely will be a line down the block soon to get in, so take advantage when you can!\n\nWegot the lunch special, pastor and carnitas tacos, both great. Unreal homemade salsa, when I asked what the chef made it with hetapped his chest and said love.\n\nIn speaking with the owner he holds 5 restaurants in Mexico and two in the US, he\'s clearlydoing something right! We enjoyed eating here twice during our recent vacation. The friendly staff was simply a bonus - the chicken quesadilla was so... good it had to be consumed again. It is served with sour cream and a little cup of perfectly hot sauce. Ask for double sourcream, one little container is not enough.\nI recall adding this place to Maps last year. It was under construction and not yetopen. It\'ll now be a regular stop when we\'re in the area.\nWe tried the fries with steak and cheese, but it was not good. The fries were a bit undercooked, and the cheese (sorry) seems to have come from one of those cans with a pump on top. If you have a delicate palate or want \"mild\", keep walking! These are legit tacos with some FIRE sauces!\n\nEverything was... delicious. My husband and I stayed at a local hotel and found this place in walking distance for dinner our first night. The owner, who... runs this solo, was very sweet and seems very passionate and his food/business. We both ordered chicken burritos which werereally good and nice sized, definitely good authentic food. The sign that hit my heart was any child with Down syndrome orautism eats free, being a mom of an autistic child definitely made me feel like this man has a great heart. Would definitelyrecommend!
