I've come to this truck stop many times but never had the time to try the restaurant until tonight. Boy am I glad I did. I got... an order of the stuffed mushrooms and the Monte Cristo sandwich. If I am feeling up to it, I'll be coming back for brekkers inthe morning. That salmon Benedict is calling my name. The mushrooms came out very quickly. They're pretty big, I'm used to thembeing bite-sized. They are hands-down the best stuffed mushrooms I've ever had. No competition. The Monte Cristo was also superdelicious. I honestly can't decide if I like it more than the one from Cheddar's. It's one of my go-tos every time I go there.Now that I'm thinking on it, I think Nelson Bros takes the win. The reason is the breading. Here, they use Raspberry FritterBread that's then grilled. At Cheddar's, as much as I love the taste, they deep fry it. I always end up regretting eating bothhalves in one sitting because the grease upsets my stomach. Not getting that here. The side chips are also super good. Prettysure they're house-made, but not positive. Top it off with a great beer and it was a fantastic meal. Prices are a tad steep,but honestly, with the quality served here, I think it's justified. Can't wait to come back and try more! The potato pancakesare also super tempting. Oh! I nearly forgot to compliment my server, Brianna! She was absolutely great! Attentive, but notoverbearing, easy to talk to, very friendly. Super happy with her as my server. The decor of the restaurant, which matches theentire truck stop, is gorgeous. Probably better than average for truck stops. They are famous for their ridiculously large pastries and these might be worth... the stop by themselves. Wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Decor was corny and dated. Read more
I always love to stop here for lunch when we are on a trip. Sandwiches are fresh! The bakery has plenty of sweets to choose... from. Bathroom though in women area is small but clean. No changing area for infants though, that I noticed. Read more
If you ask me, fun experience. Donuts definitely aren?t the size of your head although they are massive. My opinion, the smaller... donuts have more flavor. Not many people can honestly say they?ve had a donut almost the size of a dinner plate so worth avisit. Their breads though are exceptional. Read more

1st time here as truck drivers and we were very impressed!!! Truckers look to have a fresh home cooked meal and let me tell you,... you will find it here!!! I'm a southern girl and let me tell you, this was the best meal that reminded me of home! The staff wasamazing and very inviting! The portions are huge as well!!!
