In the drive-thru I was given a burger with mold on it. I got all the way home before I realized that the top and bottom bun... were covered in mold spores. When I went back to the restaurant the man working the window was very considerate, and offered toreplace it immediately. I asked for chicken nuggets instead (since I figured the other buns might also have been exposed tomold). Unfortunately, the nuggets I was given were already dry and hardened, as if they'd been sitting awhile. Seems like theirfood handling practices here suck. We usually stop at this particular Wendy's when going or coming back from Tampa being as it's on Gulf to Bay after you get off... or get on the Courtney Campbell bridge. The last time we stopped here the wait time was crazy I think we were in line for atleast 20 minutes we choked and asked if they were butchering the cow and grinding it as we waited the food is always good atWendy's and this is no exception I just think they were probably very low staffed and that affected how fast they could serve usthrough the drive-thru. It's in a location that I don't go to very often so I can't say if that's a normal service delay all thetime but at that night it definitely was. The lighting and the feel of going through the drive-thru there is a little bit Idon't know how to say it but I guess disconcerting you're just really not sure about what's around the corner because of thelighting and that's another reason I would not stop there at night by myself. Worst Wendy's in the area. They totally messed up the entire order. Order two biggie meals and didn't even receive the nuggets... or fries with the meal. Ordered a side 10 piece nuggets and they forgot those as well... like are you out of nuggets?! Seriouslydoubt that... only positive they got my drink order correct. Read more

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a frosty. Paid 18.00 , and when I got home the only thing... in my bag was a small soup ????????. Safe to say the drive thru needs to be better organized. Read more

Just spent $17 on undercooked food ? nuggets were not edible , burger took one bite an it was disgusting and the tomato had mold... on it , and fries were soggy and under cooked ?. Absolutely disgusting ? never again . Would love to get my $17 back Read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food place, and that is not an exaggeration. Not only was the food... jeopardized by negligent staff, the management team was no better. I had purchased the Caesar salad for lunch during the weekand half way through I discovered the largest bug in my salad, and it was ONLY half of it, I dare not think about where theother half was. When brought to their attention the management team lackadaisically tried to act like they were concerned, yetkept asking me "what do you want me to do about it? You want a refund?" Like, are you out of your mind? You allowed a salad withthe carcass of a bug to be consumed. How about do YOUR job right the first time and don't let the public be subjected to yourdisgusting negligence. Read more
