Go somewhere else! Over the course of several dine in visits I've noticed that the online orders take precedence over walk in... customers. I've stayed away for months because of this, but thought I'd give this location another try today. The old womanrunning the counter didn't greet me with a hello, or welcome to Wendy's, or I'll be with you in a minute. Instead, very rudely,she told me that I'd have to wait before she took my order. I could tell she was going to take awhile so I walked out. The lasttime I was here more than two months ago, another front counter person didn't take orders for the person ahead of me or myselfso that she could get her online orders straightened out. By the time my order was placed, there were 4 or 5 more people in linebehind me. That visit, as I was leaving the restaurant I heard the counter person tell her only customer in line that she'dhave to wait to place an order "because I need to get this online one done." The customer then asked if it would be faster to gothrough the drive through, and the counter person said "yes." Hospitality 101 - take care of your in store customers first, anddon't shoo them out the door - potential sales will be lost. I will never come back to this location! Read more
Second time I've paid for my order just to be told that $15 worth of what I paid for isn't available. They didn't tell me that... before swiping my card. Then they tell me I need to contact my bank to get a refund. Thats not how banking works. Done withall Wendy's now. Thanks for stealing from me twice. Read more
The staff was very efficient and very friendly. The staff seemed to me to rake pride in the work. It was definitely a pleasant... experience for a fast food company. Would recommend taking the family there for a pleasant dinner. Read more
I've never in my life had the worst experience ever. 1 cashier rude on her phone infront of guest. 2 no gloves no masks all... employees constantly touch there hair face then handling food. 3 spent more time mocking the guest about there order. Everyperson should be fired . I'm calling the health inspector and this store should be closed. You should be embarrassed Read more
The pub pretzel burger was awesome, made fresh without a doubt. The fries were also properly salted and were actually hot. My... visit was at about 3 so lunch was over and dinner hadn't really begun but they still managed to serve freshly prepared sandwichand hot salted fries. There is just one thing I have noticed is there is usually homeless in the sofa area charging theirphones. Everytime I go. I have a Chevy volt, can I too plug it in while I have lunch? Get rid of the plug outlets and thatshould do. Read more

I use the mobile app to order so this saves a lot of time and headaches. Most of the time I only get breakfast here. The... lunch/dinner menu is okay for fast food, but not my favorite. Sometimes the order is wrong or missing something minor. Ipersonally find the staff friendly. Their new fries recipe is much better than the previous ones. Read more
