Thanks for being one of the cleanest locations in Tampa Bay area. Restroom looks cleaned often and having no foul odor. And no... feeling of being attacked by disease. Entrance doors are clean and clear. Outside areas free of litter. Coffee prep area wellmaintained. Employees are friendly. And of course the food is delicious. Read more
From the times I've shopped here, I haven't had a bad experience. And recently it's been getting better than a few months ago.... Lots of their staff seems to have changed and they're all so nice! Most of them speak Spanish too which is awesome. Tony was mycashier today and he is very knowledgable, humorous, and kind! The staff working at the drink/ food section were quick and niceas well! It also looks like they do a good job with keeping items in the store stocked because everytime I go it's always fulland organized. I just want to say that I was helped by someone named Nicole tonight who IS what customer service excellence is all about. I had... a question/issue and she handled it with grace and thoughtfulness. She?s the reason I still have faith that there are decenthumans in this world. Wawa, don?t go sleepin on Nicole, she?s you?re best customer service store associate hands down. I had an issue here where your squeegee and window cleaner solution ruined my windshield and molding. The manager was helpful... and said someone higher up would be in touch with me. No one has contacted me. They took a report. I?ll be contacting corporateto help resolve this. Not impressed with Wawa?s customer service. Read more
Worst Wawa I've ever been to. From the dirty store to the Teslas fighting for a charging station and maneuvering around a 45 car... line for Chick-fil-A. 2nd time I've gotten drli options and 2nd time it's been jacked up or burnt.
