Service was not good at all. Staff was unpleasant from the first drink I ordered. "Bar bite" options were terrible. Not worth... the time. Also, it's not a rooftop bar, so don't let that lure you in. It's indoors with a small balcony. Lastly, I think thebartender knew my wife and I didn't have a great experience so she added 20% gratuity to our tab. Didn't sit well with me. Read more

A mediocre bar that is trying too hard. The service was sub par where you have to order your food from the bar. The food... selection of 6 overpriced items is not worth it. Met some of my ladies here for happy hour 4-6pm on a rainy evening and it was so nice! Still a bit pricey for HH but worth it.... The cocktails were very tasty, well garnished and in full martini glasses. The apps were delicious and fresh and surprisinglyservice was exceptional even when the bar got full. But the highlight is how beautiful the bar is. Not truly a rooftop butpenthouse bar with balcony in the Karol hotel with full views of Carillon park. So pretty at night. Well prepared and delicious cocktails. It is also nice that they have sparkling wine and champagne by the glass. The views are... best if you can score a seat on or directly adjacent to the balcony. The noise level is low enough that you can actuallyconverse with your friends. Didn't get to try the food from the very limited menu but we will be back. Dropped in for a quick bit and drink. The view and ambiance was wonderful but not a "rooftop". In the summer you appreciate... the air, in the winter you wish it was a rooftop. The service was decent and no complaints about the food. Read more

Overall I really enjoyed this rooftop bar looking over the bay. I had a Caesar salad and wings for dinner, both good. My only... complaint, which seems to be normal nowadays, is my service just kind of stopped. I had ordered another beer, and it never cameand no one ever came and checked. More than the average roof top style hotel bar. They have a nice unobstructed view from the balcony or inside the bar looking... out. Great menu fine dining style options instead of just burgers n fries, great service and cocktails. Read more
