Just got back home from take out order. Completely wrong. No sour cream in soft shell tacos, and specifically asked for extra... sour cream on the side as well. None !! No sauce on burrito. Again, asked for chipotle sauce. Very disappointed ????. And to topit off food was not even hot. Update. 10/29/22 Owner reply as seen below my review. Copy email and send. This is the worst Tijuana Flats franchise I?ve eaten at. Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Burrito and tacos are half... filled. 8-10 chips in each box despite ordering a large guac and small salsa with order. Waited 20 minutes for order despitebeing only person in store. Read more
Ordered online and went to pick up at the scheduled time. Only 2 ppl staffed (call offs?) and had a lot of customers. I was... asked if I had an online order, affirmed it. but the associate went on to wait on other customers, after 15 min. I noticed a togo order that had been sitting on the counter. Another 10 min. pass, finally I get waited on. Sure enough, that was my order. I get home, and now I'm missing a sangria, along with cold food, prepared wrong, and smaller portions. I even gave a tip. Gofigure. I try to call the store; (re: missing item) the phone was picked up and put down again. Try to find an email, "Anyorder problems, contact the store you ordered from." I went there for dinner, after looking over their menu I chose the chimichanga and I made it mega size. The chicken was... absolutely cooked perfectly and the seasoning was spot on. Of course they provide you with a hot sauce bar for you to pick upadditional hot sauce if you choose to. I'm kind of a big guy so this thing filled me up. The service was excellent and theinterior of the restaurant was clean and well organized. We don't have a lot of Mexican restaurants down here in the Tampa areaso this was a very good choice and definitely will be coming back. Read more
