2003-2021 5 stars. I've been going to this Subway for 18+ years. Never an issue until this year. Times & employees have... changed. The worst issues occured in July 2022. I ordered 2 pickup orders after 7pm in July 2022 two weeks apart. Neither orderwas right. The names were mixed up on the receipts & I got someone else's order & vice-versa the first time. I didn't realizethis until I unwrapped it at work an hour later. The second order was supposed to be 1 footlong & one 6". I got two 6" subs &only 1 was correct. I'm not sure I can continue to order pickup from a place that twice in a row in 2 weeks time can't get mypickup order right. I order pickup as this is my lunch meal on my way to work at my night job & it's more time efficientespecially when they are busy. Read more

Out of lettuce, meat for steak and cheese sub only covered 2/3 of bun. Very sloppy.

Stopped in 6/15/22, at 12:30, place was lined up. Girl behind the glass was amazing. Probably the best, efficient, kind,... accommodating sandwich maker I?ve seen. No one waited long. In most cases when I walk into a Subway that full I?d wait atleast 20 minutes. Not here. Give that girl a raise! Thank you. sandwich was fresh & delicious! Read more

I've been here a couple of times for lunch and I can't complain. The customer service was great both times.

It was very obvious to me that there is some sort of tension at the workplace. Amanda and whoever the male employee was, who... worked today, do NOT get along. Amanda was slamming dishes, fridge door, oven door, around while making my sub. It was VERYuncomfortable and unpleasant. I get it - we are not always going to like the people we work with but it should never be visibleto a customer. Just like you might be having a bad day - the customer may be too. I know they didn?t know what I was goingthrough in that moment but this fiasco triggered my PTSD for the remainder of the day. The sub tasted fine but I was trulydisappointed in the experience. Best Subway in the area! Unlike many others, they are on top of the latest offers, keep up with online orders, and make... sandwiches at a reasonable speedy pace. If anything is wrong, they make it right without a fuss. The staff seem pleased to serveyou. It's how a Subway should be. If I want Subway sandwiches, I bypass others to go to this one. Read more

I've been coming to this subway for a little over 3 months now. Their subs at this location have always exceeded my... expectations, compared to other subway stores. Also, salads are amazing, they finely chop them which I do not care for, so ifyou're like me ask them for a non chopped salad. I want to mention an employee at this location I do not know his name, he'susually there in the evening & does an excellent job with special request with absolute great customer service, even whenthey're busy! Employees like this, are the reason why I will go out of my way for a great experience. I know I will never bedisappointed here! Read more
