Mae was extremely helpful. Eric was trying to tell my husband the drink he has ordered for over 15 years wasn?t a real drink.... Mae explained it was and apologized profusely for him. You have a great employee in Mae. She saved your company and we willcontinue going back because of her. Read more
this location does get pretty busy, but it?s a small store and I?ve worked in food service before so I understand that sometimes... it takes a while. When I come on the weekends, it?s at its busiest but the workers are always going as fast as they can to workefficiently to get people their drinks on time. I have seen a lot of customers get angry and snap at them for wait times but Idon?t think they understand they?re going as fast as they can! If they want it made right, they can?t rush them any more thanthey already are. Everyone here is very nice and works well together, if you?re in the mall it?s certainly a good stop to make. Read more
