Shopping wasn't bad at all. I stopped at the cafe for a slice of pizza and literally waited for 30 minutes. 2 employees working... but mostly talking to each other while the line continues to grow. No real excuse for the ridiculous wait other than poorcustomer service. Neither of the 2 working had a smile for anyone. They would frequently yell out "we'll be right with you" butthen continue their conversation. Clearly neither of them wanted to be at work as they complained relentlessly about their jobs.With all of the cameras, why isn't there a manager around taking notice?
