Food is fantastic, and for that reason I?ll probably come back, however staff are very rude and inattentive. Placed on online... order and showed up when the app said it was ready by. After standing at the pickup for 10 min while both staff members ignoredme, i finally asked where my order was and was told i was supposed to let them know i was here to prepare it, and then seemedvery annoyed and inconvenienced that she had to do work. First time visiting and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, food was made fresh to order and tasted delicious!

I ordered the Chicken/bacon/ranch grilled cheese on wheat. To say it was delicious would be an understatement. Who knew a... grilled cheese could be this wonderful? Such a nice change from the oriental/bbq places nearby. The French fries are crispy andhot. But even better than the great meal was how friendly the two people working there were?personable, helpful, and just plainnice. Wish I had a picture to share, but crumbs aren?t that photogenic. $20 for the worst grilled cheese I've ever had more like toast with Mac n cheese, slice of cheese, maybe 3 ounces of oily tomato... soup and a big cookie. Did not include a drink. I would think a place called Planet Grilled Cheese would be cranking out somegourmet, you know, GRILLED CHEESE... Just the worst, if I could give --5 stars, I would. The staff was friendly and helpful. It looks like a fun new place in the mall courtyard. My son and I decided to eat lunch... here. He got the classic grilled cheese and loved it. Crispy bread, yummy 3 cheese mix and super melty. Exactly what you wantin a grilled cheese! I got their featured sandwich which was a grilled cheese with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Ididnt like the chicken breast whole, it was tough to bite apart. The lettuce was interesting but does not belong on a grilledcheese. We also ordered the cheesy bacon ranch fries. I really disappointed in them. They came with the bacon and ranch onthe side. The fries were cripsy but very little cheese. They were not worth the $4.49. I wouldn't mind trying the food againjust something different. Read more
