Ordered a pizza at 6.49pm. It said it would be here in around 30 minutes. 45 minutes later it arrives and is cold. I called them... up and was basically told we will give you credit for one next time. I said, next time? So we are supposed to est this cold $30pizza? I was told 45 minutes is normal delivery time so I asked does that mean I cannot get a hot pizza. He said yes we could.I asked for them to make a fresh one instead of the credit and he acted Ike i asked for his first born child. He said ok butdid not sound impressed at all and basically hung up on me. Let's see if the next one is any better for $30!! So an hour afterI was told I would get a replacement I called only to be told it slipped his mind!!! You have got to be kidding me!! Worstservice I have ever had. Manager said his name is Dwayne Johnson so guess he this was something funny!! . So now 2 hours laterwe still don't have our food!! We ordered a large double pepperoni with 1/2 mushrooms. A large pizza is 14". The pizza the was delivered ($16.99+5.25 delivery... fee + tip) was a 10" pizza with normal pepperoni & 10 tiny little pieces of mushrooms. If that wasn't bad enough!, only 3/4 hadsauce on it!! Whoever was on the phone around 11:00pm tonight obviously hates his job. Took 15min to order a pizza because he couldn?t... understand anything I was saying. Had a attitude the whole time. I Asked if he had Dr Pepper 2 liter and all he kept saying waswhat else instead of saying yes he has it. Then keep yelling through the phone and when we told him to stop being rude he hungup the phone. Completely disrespectful and I?d have someone that has basic customer service skills take phone calls from now on.Unprofessional from the moment he answered the phone. Read more
My girlfriend ordered me a pizza for my birthday Papa John employee said her card couldn't be accepted because the zip code... wasn't matching. She paid cash and tipped the driver $8 which he was rude about. Papa John's charged her account for the samepizza she paid cash for. We called the store we ordered from and spoke with manger, Johnny, who would not fix issue. So Ipursued my complaint to Papa John's customer care and the woman was dishonest saying she investigated and seen there wasn't acharge to the card which was incorrect. Later in call she said she only seen it was paid with cash. We are going to pursue thisas much as possible because it is not cool for a business to abuse people's debit card accounts. I asked if they could make the pizza fresh and instead got one that was made hrs ago and it was cold. The service on the phone... wasn?t great either. They ended the call with a hang up when I finished ordering and when the delivery guy couldn?t find myplace. They delivered the pizza within 20 min when usually it takes 35-40 min and I knew the pizza wasn?t going to be fresh whenI asked for it to be fresh. Literally $23 down the drain. Pizza was disgusting! I tried to reheat it in my toaster and stillgross and dried up tomato sauce on it towards the crust. Read more

Tried the New York pizza for pick up. Quick pick up pizza good not NY but much better than Domino's or Pizza Hut. Few more bucks... would do Monty's but good. Read more
We always get our deliveries fast and fresh. Even though we order late before closing, they still make sure we get our order in... time after closing. Thank you and hell yeah. Read more
