Once upon a time, Moe's was actually a good place to get food from. Times have changed, for the worse. Their portions have... shrunk drastically, quality of food sucks, and their prices have gone up. Forget about asking for half protein times 2. Theywill charge you for double meat, yet, serve you half a serving for both. I asked for guac on the side, be prepared to pay forthe guac and an extra fee for not being on the bowl. What once was 20 dollars for two bowls, now is 36 dollars. So long,Moe's... Food is great when it?s correct. The last couple times there have been minor errors which I shrug off. But tonight I order a... chicken bowl and not 1 single piece of chicken was in my bowl. The restaurant was dead with no customers. I don?t know how youforget to put the main ingredient into the dish, but good job!! Read more
Connor was amazing! I would give him 5/5 stars but the restaurant not so much. There was not a single other employee working... there, why not really sure, but he killed it. Took our order, made the order, attended to others in between, was cooking, andthen bussing. This guy was amazing. The restaurant however, not sure who the manager is but you should maybe try to get somenew kids in there to help Connor. Very disappointed in the way you run your facility. Read more
Went on a Wednesday, mid-afternoon and was told they were out of 1) soft tortillas 2) white meat chicken 3) black beans 4)... onions 5) bell peppers and they were almost out of tortillas. Delivery truck not scheduled until the following day. The staffwas polite enough, but nonchalant, which gives the impression that this is a regular occurrence. Just have to shake my headwondering how a franchise can be allowed to operate like this. Spend the extra gas and go to the store in Palm Harbor. They areawesome in comparison. Read more
We didn?t get the traditional ?Welcome to Moe?s? greeting, but don?t let that stop you from going. The restaurant was very... clean, the staff and manager were friendly and the food was exactly as good as you expected it to be. Be sure to grab some whitequeso for your chips. We will be back again. Just placed a large order for our office. Soft tacos and hard tacos in same foil cold and soggy. The bowls had very little in... them and no lettuce which was suppose to be included and we tried to add on. For a $10.00 meal this looks like a kids meal. Iuse to love Moes but this is not acceptable and dont know that I will eat there in the future. SO SAD! Read more
The young man that served me had a sense of humor and was polite and respectful. A great person have on the front line. It was... late at night so there wasn't much business. They were cleaning up getting ready to shut down soon. He loaded up my burrito andwhen I enjoyed it it tasted like it was made with love. It was excellent. The place was clean. Read more
