Ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Pic on the menu shows it with sauce and a pickle. Didn't get any of that, was dry as a bone.... Ordered with mashed potatoes and mac&cheese and didn't get a fork. Figured maybe they have changed over the years an gottenbetter, but I was wrong. Oh well, won't be going back. Read more
If they could just check the bag before saying it?s all there then it would be perfect! But the quality of the food is amazing... and they always fix what?s missing but I?ve found that going inside ensures your order is correct, so if you do drive throughjust check your bag before you pull away. Food is fine but don't bother ordering ahead. My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 3:05 but wasn't ready until 3:20.... Instructions for Quick Pick-up say park and come inside, but the doors were locked and the woman inside motioned for me to gothrough the drive through. I had just been through the drive through for an item I forgot and they told me I had to park andcome inside to pick up the mobile order. Finally did get my food, but it was a rather frustrating experience. Read more
Just visited drive thru and it was cold disgusting Mac m cheese I couldn?t even feed to my dogs $20.00 in the garbage.. It's been a while since I have eaten at a KFC. The food was good. I got the chicken sandwich. Fresh, hot and tasty. Store looked... clean and they took my order right away. I fund out that they have a buy 1 get 1 chicken sandwich if you take the surrey. SoI'll have to do that for next time. Read more

Deserves negative stars! Drove through last night - neither sandwich was made as ordered, and a Large mashed potatoes turned out... to be a small mashed potatoes in a large cup. I feel like they stole from us. Never again at this location. Read more
