Gave them ANOTHER shot since out last HUGE office meeting order... this time just for two sandwiches. I just recieved a call... asking if I'm going to tip the driver or not even though when I paid online, I tipped 18% when ordering. After I said cash theysaid, "ok we're on our way". So if I said there was already a tip, would they not have come? Don't they get hourly? I find itINCREDIBLY rude to call a paying customer before delivering a delivery order to ask if we're tipping the driver. CHANCE LOSTJJ's. You need new management at this store... FOR SURE. The owner of this location is apparently too cheap to update the credit card terminals to fix the Apple Pay issue that prevents... you from using your iPhone. It's probably been going on over a year now. Read more

I think $10 and change is a fair price for an 8" sub sub, a bag of chips and a 20 oz soda. Especially nowadays where businesses... seem to be just price gouging the consumer for everything. I didn't think I'd like the bread it looked so pale & stale comparedto other places... but it was pretty good. As a whole the sandwich tasted good. Would have given 4 stars but I thought 3 slicesof roast beef was a little stingy. I understand I get what I pay for... but you as a business need to understand we're comingthere for a sandwich not a snack. My other issue was the tomatoes as they were a little to ripe, soft and mushy. Atmosphere wasa little sad as I was there at 6pm (dinner rush on a Saturday) and there was only one customer inside there besides me. You'dthink the employee's would be happy to see me as I put money into the business. Maybe try to make me want to come back and spendmore money. Tell some friends and write a good review to get their money too. Sad to say though like most places today there isno customer service. I was just treated below average. Just a simple greeting and no thank you. Remember if we don't come inthere and spend our money you will not make a profit. When you don't make a profit it's only a matter of time till you have toclose the doors. Our money pays the bills including your wages. Saying how can I help you with a smile will go a long way. Same issue as others. Ordered at 11:28am. Did not receive until 1:14pm even after trying to call the store to find out where my... order was. No answer! Tried calling 5 times. I submitted a feedback form through JJ's 3rd party company that handles customerfeedback. Was told the owner advised them he/she WOULD NOT be contacting me to provide resolution despite me asking for someoneto reach out. This is a bad look for other franchise owners. Ordered the giant version of a Jimmy Cubano sub after seeing the company's advertising (see photo comparing the identical... items). Was satisfied with the flavor. Was disappointed with the bread being quite a bit harder than usual, and the super thin,single layer of ingredients. I don't think we will order from them again, as for the price, there are tons of competitors. To befair, it's probably just poor execution at the individual store level causing inconsistent sandwich prep (rushing employee,manager coming down too hard on amount of meat on subs being interpreted across the board instead of on a case by case basis,etc). Same issue as other people have had. Ordered just TWO sandwiches at 12:10PM, it is currently 1:24PM (as I write this review) and... the tracking app says it isn't even out for delivery yet! We are .7 miles away from the Jimmy Johns store... if I would've knownit would take this long we would've driven but it was convenient to have it delivered. On top of that, I've tried calling thestore to get an update and NO ONE is answering the phones. We are very very hungry, as it nears 2PM and we ordered thesandwiches at 12PM. I've already contact customer service and submitted a claim. This store needs to fix this issue. Definitelynot "Freaky Fast". Read more

Sandwiches are very low quality. Lettuce is completely brown. Cucumbers had aged until they were clear and watery instead of... crunchy. Called in, made it clear I was not asking for a refund, only clarification about the expectation I should have for foodquality. I was told I would be given to the manager. Phone line hung up. Called back. Manager picked up and assured me thecucumbers were top notch because she "cut them herself". Not sure how she didn't notice the very poor quality of the food if shedoes the work herself. She insisted quality of the food was fine as brown lettuce was, in her opinion, normal. I spoke about herbriefly about how Jimmy John's supply works. Each store can get their food from a different vendor. So this store simply buyslow quality ingredients and believes that is fine. If you expect high quality ingredients like other locations, do not orderfrom here. Edit: Submitted feedback on JJ's website as requested. Read more
