The food is ALWAYS good and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. They're very fast. However lately they have an employee who... has a pretty bad attitude. Younger kid with a brown ponytail and glasses....short and snippy and speaks to customers in a verycondescending manner. Not just me but I've stood in line and heard him speak this way to others. There was a hair in our Philly cheese steak, that's enough to make anyone lose their appetite. In addition to that the AC vents... right above where people are eating have turned black from dust and mold. We saw the same a few months ago and manager assuredus new vents where going to be put in the next business day. It's very disappointing to see nothing was done in months. We willnot visit Clearwater location again. Read more
I have never had Jersey Mike's before and WOW was I impressed! The staff were very friendly. I got a regular sized club on... Rosemary cheese bread and I got it Mike's Way. It was delicious! And I am stuffed from just the sandwich, excellent portions. Iwill be back, for sure. I stopped going to Subway years ago for various reasons and have been getting my subs at Publix but nowI'm not going anywhere but Jersey Mikes. Yum! Read more
Went to the one on Roosevelt and the employee's are so friendly. One of the male employees actually held the door open for me!... This will be my permanent location as the one in Dunedin has a very rude female employee. Love Jersey Mike's ???? Read more
ONLY subs I enjoy! Always fresh, loaded and delicious. From the amazing bread to the many offerings they provide. The Club Sub... is by far my FAVORITE!!! A fantastic place to get a great sub or wrap, friendly and fast service in a great looking location. I come at least once a... week, I've never been disappointed by the quality or speed with which my meal is made. Combine that with the loyalty rewardsprogram and double points on Wednesdays, I'm a happy customer for life. My experience today with a girl with a ponytail, glasses and a tattoo on her right arm, was not pleasant. (based on other... reviews a "manager" named Cody, also the name on my receipt). I got a bit of ATTITUDE when I asked for tomato and lettuce on mysandwich. I guess this was inconvenient to add something to a sandwich BEFORE it's wrapped. I received THREE reminders, forfuture orders, to ask for extra items inadvance. And the fact that she asked me if I needed anything else BEFORE wrapping it, Iwas surprised that it was even an issue. I guess at this point my request ruined the sandwich making process, and a wrench wasthrown into the machine that is Jersey Mike's. ???? And here's the topper. When the sandwiches were finished, I was waiting forpepper sauce, which I asked for earlier in the order. As she was walking away, she turned and saw me standing there, and ask ifI "needed something else". She placed the sauce in a container a just tossed it into the bag and walked away... I don't enjoywriting complaint reviews but based on my visit today it seemed deserved. As a customer, it's not my job to know the prepprocess for any item on a menu. It would seem more appropriate for the server to cover all their bases when preparing an order,rather than making the customer feel like a 'server in training'. I would normally pick these things up over time based on theserver asking what I would/wouldn't like, in their proper prep order. I don't mind accommodating the request for future ordersbut not at the expense of feeling that I did something wrong. I hope this was not a manager I had dealings with today, becauseI'm a strict believer in teaching by example.
