One worker spent her time complaining about how bad the shift before her did. I watched the other worker ask ?did I put espresso... in this?? And proceeded to hand me the drink. There was not but it was not worth asking to re make when we had to wait so longto begin with. They desperately need more help or modifications to help speed up the process and boost morale. Unacceptable!!! I did online carry out like I always do. You expect your order to be right. You get back to hotel to feed your... child & this is what they sent out. The donuts were good. The service was absolutely awful. It made the experience totally bad to be there. Should have been a fun... vacation stop. The older lady there seemed to hate her job. We overhead her using heavy curses and going on about how much shehated Dunkin? donuts. This place seriously needs experienced workers . Only two very young people were running this place at a popular Beach in... weekend rush hour. Naturally they were overworked and messed up orders.As a result facility management came out clumsy as well. Read more

Manager Brian is very rude. Not friendly to customers. Food is okay. We didn?t order drinks. We would?ve but Brian was so rude... we didn?t get to think about drinks we would order. The coffee is always good and hot. The donuts are always fresh fluffy and very tasty! The Boston cream donuts are literally like... little mini Boston cream pies in your hand. The attitude of the evening workers are very friendly and courteous plus their levelof customer service is exemplary ( which is a very big bonus in my book). And the gentleman who was working at this locationthis past Friday when I went. As I drank the coffee he made for me I could tell it was made with loads of respect and love whichis very rare to have that combination! This Dunkin' donut location in my honest opinion is a model of how a Dunkin' donut storeshould function. Read more
