Service is horrible. Drive thru, at counter or mobile app. You will wait forever. If you go into store they won?t even... acknowledge you and don?t even tend to the counter. There?s another Dunkin down the road that is 10x better. Read more
I've been to many Dunkin Donuts locations. This one is, by far, the worst. I ordered a dozen donuts for pickup. When I arrived,... I was told that they don't have most of the donuts I ordered. They tried to give me only the ones they had: 6 donuts!! Eventhough I had paid for a dozen! They never have a variety of donuts. They're always out of many of the ones I like. Verydisappointing! Awful place! My husband and I live right down the road from this location and every time we go in, nobody comes to greet you.... You will be waiting for a while. Then when staff finally does decide to come out.. mind you there is a door chime that goes offwhen someone enters and leaves the building. They act like they are not to be bothered, they simply do NOT care about customerservice in the slightest. Weirdest experiences ever! DONE! Do your self a favor and go to a different location. Or Starbucks. Atthis one it will always be out of something - flavors/topping/or the entire item. Read more
Pretty sure their donuts are a week old and had been sitting in no AC.. I pulled them out of the bag while still in the parking... lot looking like this..They were hard and melted. I couldn't bring myself to eat them. Read more
Burnt hashbrowns, burnt croissant, iced sweet tea that didn't taste right, like it was old. I'd post a photo if this would let... me. Very disappointing. I don't do negative reviews but this was bad. I was offered new hashbrowns but they weren't much better.I was told the cook wasn't there so that explains it I suppose. I left without finishing my meal. EDIT.....My friend came out(because I went outside to wait for her) and said she was offered a refund for both meals. The young gentleman (Tommy) wasextremely nice and apologetic.. Read more

I live close to this Dunkin' and stop most Fridays on my way to work to treat myself. The GM Tommy is the best! Welcoming to... everyone - Greets with a big smile, says, "Good morning" and always has a positive attitude. This extends to the team who arealso very pleasant. I am sorry to read that some have not had good experiences here, and hope that has changed for the bettersince their visits. I have always received exceptional coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and never had an issue with anything notbeing available. Read more
