I've been to many Dunkin Donuts locations. This one is, by far, the worst. I ordered a dozen donuts for pickup. When I arrived,... I was told that they don't have most of the donuts I ordered. They tried to give me only the ones they had: 6 donuts!! Eventhough I had paid for a dozen! They never have a variety of donuts. They're always out of many of the ones I like. Verydisappointing! Awful place! My husband and I live right down the road from this location and every time we go in, nobody comes to greet you.... You will be waiting for a while. Then when staff finally does decide to come out.. mind you there is a door chime that goes offwhen someone enters and leaves the building. They act like they are not to be bothered, they simply do NOT care about customerservice in the slightest. Weirdest experiences ever! DONE! Do your self a favor and go to a different location. I live close to this Dunkin' and stop most Fridays on my way to work to treat myself. The GM Tommy is the best! Welcoming to... everyone - Greets with a big smile, says, "Good morning" and always has a positive attitude. This extends to the team who arealso very pleasant. I am sorry to read that some have not had good experiences here, and hope that has changed for the bettersince their visits.
